Tournament: 2024 Road Trip

Dates: Wednesday, September 18 & Thursday, September 19

You have the option to play one or two days. We highly encourage our members to sign up for both days for the fellowship and comaraderie. Plus we will be looking into possible 2-day prizes. Make your choice as you fill in the grid that follows by including a check (√) for the rounds you wish to play. Please print out this form, fill in your name(s), then submit your entry fee to the tournament chairman, Orson Leong. If you write a check, make it out to "Foon Hay" and send your check with entry form to:

In lieu of a check (including envelope and postage) you can send your entry fee to Orson via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. Send him an email <orsonleong@comcast.net> that you are entering, if you wish to go to dinner with the other golfers Wednesday evening, and which service you are using - Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. Then send the correct amount to:
